They have a very nice selection of plants and pots, and a fantastic complimentary guide and tips for beginners! I had never been successful at growing plants at home but now I have 10 and I love them!

Patch is great, especially for first time plant parents. You can choose your plant based on what they need in terms of sunlight and water, etc, and they also have a helpful guide to whether or not your plant is safe around your pets. I’ve ordered from them twice now and I love all of my plant babies! They’re thriving and they bring so much joy!

Love Patch. Pricey but very good quality plants with good delivery avoiding packaging and waste. Deducted a star as one of the plants in order died - one that was meant to be hardy too but that's a blip so I will be back

I ordered some plants to give as Christmas gifts and was completely underwhelmed by the size, service and cost them. The site recommends a plant pot size to buy to accompany the plants, which are actually very expensive for their size and completely dwarf the plants and make them look quite ridiculous. They arrived 3 days later the 6-10 day grace period (which i paid for so am quite disappointed they arrived later than they were due to reach me) and this is by far the longest wait i’ve had compared with the same products and service from numerous other sites. i also wasn’t notified about the late arrival, in fact, i wasn’t notified as to the whereabouts of my plants at all until they were due to arrive on my doorstep. One of them was damaged on arrival which again is quite disappointing because the packaging is one of the only good things about this service. i won’t be recommending this site to anyone because after this experience and also my sister having 3 damaged plants sent to her in a row, it’s almost better to get these kind of gifts from a supermarket as they’re a fraction of the price, as pretty and twice as big as what arrived on my doorstep

Easy to order, hard to choose from. I bought a Neva plant as a gift, and the recipient loved it. Hermes delivery was disappointing but Patch was lovely.

I love my new plants and the pots. Completely as described, kept me informed when processing the order. The only slightest drawback is the price. I would definitely recommend!
